my favorite premade item is the house made smoked wild salmon. i add lundberg sesame & seaweed rice chips, an avocado & a little arugula i toss in fresh lemon juice & olive oil. best lunch ever.

Cal Organics is my favorite place to do my weekly shopping!! They’re prices on veggie’s are great compared to other places and I just love the small and comfortable feeling of the place. Oh! And the cafe!! YES!!!!!

Jim(my husband) and I eat at Cal Org Grill frequently.Love it-good food. It’s my place of choice to dine out. I especially appreciate that the wait staff and menu is sensitive to my gluten/dairy free eating needs. Even though I am full when leaving the grill,I still wanna buy stuff in the Deli. It looks SOO good and from memory I know it tastes good. Jim’s work is close so he sometimes goes there to supplement his lunch.

I stop at Cal Organics every week. One of my favorite food items to purchase there is a BIG fresh green juice! Or when I am in a hurry I enjoy their homemade tofu salad from their grab-n-go case! But in the Health & Beauty Department, I enjoy their Zuzu cosmetics because they are cruelty-free and most are vegan!
I’ve seen photos of those big green juices, must go give ’em a try!
Our family, including my 3 sisters and our husbands and partners, have been coming up to the glorious YUBA for over 10 years from our homes in Berkeley and SF. We have a deeeeeelicious ritual of shopping together at California Organics EVERY MORNING on our way to Purdon’s or Edwards. We LOVE the BBQ chicken, the fresh salmon, the great coffee, the delightful sweets, local cheeses, figs, cherries, and sometimes, when we are lucky, lemon cukes! We negotiate our choices, excited to the core about our riverside lunches and dinners to be. Then we pack up our coolers and backpacks and bags, and off we go! RINSE in the RIVER. REPEAT… REPEAT… REPEAT…We Love you California Organics!!!!!

we heart california organics! i love the cozy, super friendly atmosphere – everyone who works there is just so helpful. we love getting the organic meal deal. whether it’s the turkey pot pie, the veggie lasagna or the rotisserie chicken – all are so yummy and more than enough food for 4.
Love California Organics….no other place like it! Meal Deals are fabulous!

I love Cal Organics too. I first discovered Mary’s desserts there… very dangerous. I also love RawMeal for smoothies, the produce department, tea selection, and all the bulk items. Apparently I need to explore the health & beauty aisle more 🙂
