How delicious!!! My fave holiday drink is a chai eggnog latte. Not so good for the waistline, but yummy! 😉

I made the Sun Liquor Aged Egg Nog (http://seattletimes.com/html/restaurants/2019828394_eggnogrecipexml.html) on 12/7 and shared it with some friends on 12/15. My friend Ken, who has had plenty of egg nog over the years, said it was easily the best he’s ever had. I’ve got more aging in the fridge now for when my family comes up for Xmas.

I love Caroline’s too. It’s so nice to have fresh, locally-roasted coffee. And everyone who works there is wonderful. I was there this morning for a latté, a scone, and three pounds of beans.

We’re going to Victorian Christmas on Sunday, but will be stopping at Caroline’s first to pick up our warm beverages. Im sitting here freezing in my office, thinking of the wonderful eggnog latte I’ll be ordering this weekend. MMMMMMMM. Feeling warmer already.

Carolines right now features what is, in my humble opinion, the best coffee in the world. Jamaican Blue Mountain.

Do not adulterate with cream or sugar, just savor it. Incredible!

Love love love them. The only coffee shop I know that roasts beans in house. Purchase their grounded roast espresso every two weeks and absolutely love their iced mochas. Even if it’s snowing, they’re the best. With whip of course.

Mmmmm! I love hot chocolate. Usually when I go to Caroline’s I get tea, but I’ll have to venture out next time!

We just bought a house in Grass Valley, and Caroline’s was one of the reasons we decided to take the plunge. Can’t wait to move into our new house and explore the many wonderful places in our new town!

My absolutely favorite coffee drink is an almond joy. Blended mocha with coconut and almond flavors. The flavors together is amazing.
