So, are you inspired to get outside and hit the trails?  We’re excited to have the Folk Trails Hiking Club continue their summer Nevada City history hikes from the Inn Town Campground, click here for more info.  Check out our outdoor adventure page for more activities.  You can stop by the Outside Inn for a free trail map of some of our local favorites like the Deer Creek Tribute Trail and Hirschman Pond.  Thanks Bear Yuba Land Trust for organizing this great free activity for locals to get to know organizations dedicated to helping trails and the outdoors.  If you’re looking to support BYLT and can’t make it to the Celebration of Trails, you can stop by Ol Republic Brewery on Friday, June 1st for Ales for Trails and try the new craft beer Trailside IPA.  Post a comment if you’ve got a favorite local hike or adventure you want to share.

The Tribute Trail is always my favorite but the trail near Cascade Shores is really a nice walk.
