Deer Creek Tribute Trail

Deer Creek Tribute TrailOne of the more popular local hikes in Nevada City is the Deer Creek Tribute Trail.  I’ve written numerous blog posts about the trail over the years, with the new suspension bridge, Art OnSite and the Chinese Bridge.  If you’ve never been, stop by the Outside Inn for a free trail map and directions, it’s a great hike or mountain bike trail right in downtown Nevada City.  For more fun outdoor activities check out our informational page with hiking, biking and swimming hole information.  What’s your favorite thing to do outdoors in Nevada City and Grass Valley?

    We love walking into Nevada City, using the Tribute Trail, to attend events or to have breakfast. It’s great to have a wonderful trail that we can walk to rather than having to drive to.
