Grass Valley Car Show

Downtown Grass Valley is hosting their 30th annual car show today till 3pm, showcasing over 350 classic cars. All cars dated from 1975 or before and ranged from hot rods, classics, to one-of-a kind vehicles. Organized by the Grass Valley Downtown Association the event allows car enthusiasts and visitors to get an up close and personal look at a huge selection of vintage cars. It was great to see so many people out enjoy the day, whether they were listening to the live music, shopping in one of the downtown shops or grabbing a bite to eat at the “pit stop” of street vendors. My favorite was the Ultra Van Corvair Motorhome from the 1960’s, can’t you see that parked at the future Inn Town Campground? So regardless if you like classic cars, vintage trucks, rat rods, motorcycles or vintage motorhomes, there’s something for you. It’s a great free family friendly activity in the heart of downtown Grass Valley. What was your favorite car?
