H2O Adventures
Have you ever been rafting down the Yuba? The river is up and H20 Adventures has out enjoy the rapids. H2O Adventures was started by two local brothers from Colfax who grew up whitewater rafting and kayaking all over California and the western United States. After working for numerous companies over a decade there was an opportunity to enhance the customer experience on the river and in the fall of 2012, H2O Adventures was born. They operates on variety of Northern California rivers, including all forks of the American Rivers (South, Middle and North) as well as the North Yuba (only 3 companies in the world can take you rafting on the north Yuba) plus the South Yuba, Klamath and Cal Salmon. Trips offered range from half day express runs to overnight trips and even overnight wilderness trips. Ages are 6-76(so far).

The Yuba is only Class 4-5, when its gets lower than the rafting is over. The South Fork American River is the closest option for Class 2-3+ rapids. That is dam released as opposed to the free flowing Yuba and is guaranteed all summer long!
