Halloween
Are you ready for Halloween? The Outside Inn’s haunted pathway is done, our resident ghosts, Dracula and witches are waiting for you to stop by and say hello. There will be lots of fun for Nevada City this weekend, Miners Foundry Fright Night, Halloween Wine Walk in Grass Valley, Hallowfest 2016 Star Wars vs. Star Trek at Ol Republic or Nevada County Fairgrounds Halloween Carnival. Don’t forget you can still celebrate all things pumpkin and visit a local pumpkin patch or grab a pumpkin ice cream cone. If you’re looking for Halloween activities or if you have small kids, try the Downtown Grass Valley safe trick or treating Monday morning, trick or treating in the neighborhoods or the Twin Cities Fall Festival. Downtown Nevada City will be a place to be on Monday evening, the Outside Inn looks forward to seeing your costumes and if you’re brave you can go check out the infamous downtown Nevada City haunted house.
And to help kick off the Halloween spirit we have a pair of tickets to giveaway to this Saturday’s Fright Night at the Miners Foundry with Mojo Green and Whee the People, post a comment here and the winner will be announced on Friday (must be over 17 years old). *Edited to say the winner is Marea. And the winner of the Pumpkin Fest giveaway is Antonia Bellucci.

Fright night is a blast! Yeah Nevada City for knowing how to have fun!
It is true that our sweet town sure knows how to have fun, happy Halloween.
Sounds fun!
Aren’t you bringing your costume to the Inn Town Campground?
Happy Halloween Nevada County!! I want to check out the haunted walks
Have fun!
Fright night sounds like ghostly fun! Never been! Would love to go!
Wow, I just checked the weather forecast and it is looking really rainy! Maybe taking a break on Monday so we can go out trick-or-treating. Dancing on Saturday night would be a fabulous way to get out and about!
We love Nevada City Halloweens & Outside Inn’s Haunted Trail! We drive up from SF every year. Winning tickets to The Foundry Fright Nite would be the cherry on a i-scream sundae. Sad to miss the parade on Mon… but where is the Haunted House? No mention in the events list. Tx!
Never been to Fright Night .. I’d love to go !!
I can’t wait! All Hallows’ Eve is my favorite holiday!
Good cozy weekend for a pumpkin spiced drink and some scary movies…
