Mexican food is my absolute favorite and I have been dying to try this new restaurant! The menu alone is making me drool! 😉
I think they design it that way on purpose.
We’ve been only once so far. It’s fairly good, but it would be good to try again to see how they are doing. 🙂

Chile Colorado has fascinating flavors, not sure from what spices but who cares? Want to try carnitas but they have not been available the 2 times I have been there. Back to check soon!
Yum! Love good Mexican food. How long have they been around? This is the first I’ve heard of them – I’ll have to give them a try!
They opened in December.

Yummy fresh LIVING food .. and great spot! So happy for them! : )
Can’t wait to try it! It sounds wonderful.
Thanks Juliette for the comment, bon appetite (I guess French isn’t the right option for a Mexican restaurant, but you get it).
I like the inside – how it is sort of modern.
I haven’t gotten to go there yet – but I want to!
I tried this place last week. Delicious food–really fresh and tasty twists on your archetypal Mexican. Service was friendly and prices good too! Welcome Mineros!
What was your food of choice from the tasty twist on archetypal Mexican food?
Great addition to downtown NC…and always a fun surprise to see what’s new on the menu!
I finally got there! I had a yummy burrito!
I can practically order from my office! If proximity has any weight to who wins, then I think I’m a shoe-in. 🙂
