The Miners Foundry Artisans Festival is happening today and tomorrow (November 28th and 29th) from 10am-5pm.  30 different artists have booths set up, plus live music, installation pieces by Tahiti Pehrson and Faye Schoolcraft, children’s holiday arts and crafts and the Acoustic Cafe and Wine Bar.  A gallery of all the artists is available online here.  I managed to capture the following artists: Art by Myah, Brigitte Mayer, Dancing Tree Studio, Sweetland Pottery, Pottery Texture Queen, Artisan Moss, LeeAnn Brook Fine Art, Jude Bischoff, Jerianne Van Dijk and Liz Collins.  Kick off your holiday shopping by supporting artists and supporting Small Business Saturday.  Nevada City is so festive at this time of the year, loved seeing the Victorian Christmas flags hanging from the street with people out enjoying the fresh air.  Happy Thanksgiving weekend, so many great events to keep you entertained.

    Thanks Erin, for letting folks know! It’s a great show this year with about 50% new artists and lots of new good energy!
    PLUS Lorraine Gervais sings soft jazz in the Acoustic Wine Bar in the afternoon.
