I am constantly amazed how much food is grown here. I used to say, everything except bananas and fish, but I love that we get fresh fish from the coast. This time of year, I really love roasted vegetable soup – butternut squash, carrots, onions and practically anything else can be roasted in the oven and then pureed with stock for great colder weather comfort food. Happy Autumn!
