Nevada City Farmers Market
The Nevada City Farmers Market is Saturday mornings from 8:30-12:30 mid June till late November. If you haven’t been down to the market, stop by, there’s a great selection of locally grown produce and fruit, fresh flowers, eggs and meat, in addition to baked goods, coffee drinks, locally made products and live music. Photos in today’s post showcase a few of the vendors (Mountain Bounty Farm, Riverhill Farm, Living Lands Agrarian Network, Chaffin Family Orchards, Fowler Family Farm, First Rain Farm, Soil Sisters for farms and Massa Organics, Cacoco, Fable Coffee, Sierra D’Oro Olive Oil, Next Level Foods, Mama Sattva Ghee and Bear River Pasta Company.) If you’re hungry, grab a crepe, a cold brew coffee from Fable Coffee and some kale chips from Next Level Foods. A lively scene every Saturday morning, pop in, stock up and you’re bound to run into someone you know.

I love the farmers market, I love checking out all the fresh fruits and veggies! I am in love with the peaches, they are amazing. I will buy some, so I can have one every day for lunch and they do not spoil quickly because of how fresh they are. I love the market it is always fun to check out before I head to work at the Nevada City Chocolate Shoppe 🙂
