Nevada County Plein Air Painters
The Nevada County Plein Air Painters are hosting their second annual show at Foothill Flowers. Featuring landscape and still-life paintings by Warren Knox, Linda Roemisch, Mim Meakin, Patty Sussberg, Sandy DeLong, Sandy Lindblad, Dan Peck, Kathleen Woolsley, Kim Roseth, Chris Springer, Kathy Tardif, and Jane Welles. You can chat with one of the 12 artists during Cornish Christmas nights, Nov 28, Dec 5, 12, & 19 from 6-9 PM, and on Santa Lucia Sunday, Dec 7, 1-4 PM. With the upcoming holiday season there are a lot of great ways to support local artists, you can check my local art Pinterest board or the Outside Inn’s Entertainment & Arts page with some additional suggestions. Don’t forget this weekend is the Miners Foundry Artisans Festival and the Country Christmas Faire and Victorian Christmas and the Nevada City Craft Fair are coming in December.
