Nourish, Nevada City Cafe and Juice Bar, photos by Erin Thiem/ Outside InnNourish opened its doors earlier this summer on Union Street in downtown Nevada City (next door to Nevada City Eats and the Nevada City Chamber).  The cafe offers fresh organic juices, smoothies, plus salads, sandwiches, paninis and Nourish bowls (Mango Drop pictured above).  Eat your greens today, either in a salad or try the Green Force Juice with spinach, kale, dandelion, celery, cucumber and chlorella.  Eat in or take out, they’re open 8am-4pm Monday- Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays.  The InnSide Nevada City blog has a $25 gift certificate to give away, post a comment here on what you’d like to try and the winner will be announced on Friday, October 31st.

    The Heart♥Beat sounds like it would warm me right up on a chilly day ~ I would try that one first I think….or maybe the Green Force if I was feeling like a super hero.

    I better be really hungry when I go to Nourish, not sure I can decide what I want to try! Heavy Metal Detox has so many of my favorite herbs and flavors that I think this will be the drink of choice. But Golden Goddess sure is tugging at my hunger pangs right now!

    the nourish bowl I had was amazing!!!!! 🙂 it was the cocao bliss….I’m definitely going to be returning. I may even go tomorrow after school 🙂 Good job creating amazing things 🙂

    Another place to try out! I would love to have a Panini! The Greek Panini sounds yummy… or maybe a Turkey Avo Panini!

      Just what we needed. It looks nutrient dense, clean with a creative soul….
      The menu looks enticing! I can’t wait to taste the LOVE *~**~*
      I would bring a friend so we could share the Pear and Brie Panini, the Cacao Crush and a Mango Drop!

    Wow!!! Finally a great place to find something super healthy to eat. I had the Mango Drop the other day and it was delicious! I highly recommend you stop by there and discover which smoothie or Nourish Bowl is your favorite! I’ll say it again, Delicious!!

    I had a super yummy mint chip smoothie! Very delicious and healthy! My daughter ate there with her friends and said she had the best panini she has ever had! I can’t with to get the to go menu so I can treat myself at work in downtown NC! They are filling a niche in NC that needed filling! Let’s support them!

    Just took a peekie at Nourish’s FB page. I think I would try out their salad bar and wash it down with their version of “Orange Crush” 🙂

    Everything looks incredible. It will be a tough choice when I get there.

    What a happy addition to downtown! I’ve tried a smoothie and a panini from Nourish and both were super yummy and nourishing. Next I want to try the Mango Drop.
