Nourish
Nourish opened its doors earlier this summer on Union Street in downtown Nevada City (next door to Nevada City Eats and the Nevada City Chamber). The cafe offers fresh organic juices, smoothies, plus salads, sandwiches, paninis and Nourish bowls (Mango Drop pictured above). Eat your greens today, either in a salad or try the Green Force Juice with spinach, kale, dandelion, celery, cucumber and chlorella. Eat in or take out, they’re open 8am-4pm Monday- Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. The InnSide Nevada City blog has a $25 gift certificate to give away, post a comment here on what you’d like to try and the winner will be announced on Friday, October 31st.

Mmmm the roasted beet, arugula, and feta panini sounds delicious!
Now you’re making me hungry!
I want that mango drop, like now!
Let’s make a date!
Thanks for info about Nourish.
I need to try the Soul Refresher.
Happy to help spread the word, soul refresher sounds good.
Sounds like a great alternative to the afternoon cup of coffee.
The Heart♥Beat sounds like it would warm me right up on a chilly day ~ I would try that one first I think….or maybe the Green Force if I was feeling like a super hero.
I can see you as a super hero…
I better be really hungry when I go to Nourish, not sure I can decide what I want to try! Heavy Metal Detox has so many of my favorite herbs and flavors that I think this will be the drink of choice. But Golden Goddess sure is tugging at my hunger pangs right now!
Golden Goddess… that can be your alter ego too! Sorry to make those hunger pains cry out even louder.
Can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place yet, looks great! I’d love to try their Nourish Bowls or smoothies 🙂
Thanks Katie for the comment, you know me, often out pounding the pavement to keep folks informed on the happenings of our town! Or selfishly eating my lunch and photographing it… that’s true too.
Sounds delish…
Thanks Wanda, maybe Sock Monkey wants to visit?
I want to try the green smoothie.
Thanks for the comment.
Do they deliver to San Jose?!
Sorry Ashley, not yet. But you can let me know when you move to Nevada County and then spend time trying to keep track of your lengthy to dos.
Sounds wonderful, thank you for the recommendation! We are always looking for new places to visit when we are in town. Nice work Erin, as always! 🙂
I would like to try everything they have on the menu! And, i love the concept of coconut water based smoothies!
I want to try the Pink Passions!!
It sounds delicious – not sure why I haven’t heard about them till not – thanks for sharing!
the nourish bowl I had was amazing!!!!! 🙂 it was the cocao bliss….I’m definitely going to be returning. I may even go tomorrow after school 🙂 Good job creating amazing things 🙂
Great place, great environment, great menu, and great people. Leaves you feeling good no matter which way you look at it…
Another place to try out! I would love to have a Panini! The Greek Panini sounds yummy… or maybe a Turkey Avo Panini!
I’m hooked on the mango drop! I actually crave it! It’s unbelievably delicious.
Nourish….. Yes! ——- Let’s!
Just what we needed. It looks nutrient dense, clean with a creative soul….
The menu looks enticing! I can’t wait to taste the LOVE *~**~*
I would bring a friend so we could share the Pear and Brie Panini, the Cacao Crush and a Mango Drop!
See you there….. I can’t wait!
Wow!!! Finally a great place to find something super healthy to eat. I had the Mango Drop the other day and it was delicious! I highly recommend you stop by there and discover which smoothie or Nourish Bowl is your favorite! I’ll say it again, Delicious!!
I would love to try any of their menu items. They all sound so great!
It all looks so yummy…can’t wait to try it! I think the first thing I’d try is the pear & brie panini…perfect for fall!
I’m in for the salads!
How healthy of you!
I had a super yummy mint chip smoothie! Very delicious and healthy! My daughter ate there with her friends and said she had the best panini she has ever had! I can’t with to get the to go menu so I can treat myself at work in downtown NC! They are filling a niche in NC that needed filling! Let’s support them!
Yummy! Love the “Berried Alive” nourish bowl.
Wow. It all looks amazing. Thanks for sharing. I would like to try it all…a smoothie, a bowl, a panini. I need to go in & check out the menu in person. Yummo!!
Just took a peekie at Nourish’s FB page. I think I would try out their salad bar and wash it down with their version of “Orange Crush” 🙂
Everything looks incredible. It will be a tough choice when I get there.
Wow, cool, once again didn’t know, I will hit them up this week for something nourishing.
Thanks Ruth, sorry it’s not another post about hamburgers, but I have to branch out from time to time 🙂
I haven’t tried this foodie place yet but have heard good things! Can’t wait to try one of their juices!
I’m sure you’ll come up with some new combos your own juicer.
Can’t wait to try their vegetarian panini!
Sounds delicious.
You had me at pear and brie panini…
What a happy addition to downtown! I’ve tried a smoothie and a panini from Nourish and both were super yummy and nourishing. Next I want to try the Mango Drop.
The pear and brie panini sounds like a great combination! or the roasted beet, arugula, and feta panini … decisions, decisions.
Everything sounds so delicious! I can’t wait to try this place.
I had no idea this place existed! Thanks for sharing, Erin! Headed there tomorrow with Justin to try a sandwich!
