Ooh La La
Downtown Nevada City has a new retail shop, Ooh La La which calls itself “eclectic, whimsy, fine junk.” Owners Angela & Nancy Wakil have returned to Nevada City after a number of years out of the area and are excited to be back in Nevada County. Located at 241 Commercial Street next door to Pete’s Pizza the shop specializes in affordable accessories. Their selection includes scarves, hats, purses, greeting cards, French soap, bath products, greeting cards and more. The winter hours will be 11am-7pm Thursday-Monday. The Outside Inn’s blog has a $10 gift certificate for one lucky winner, if you were to buy yourself a present in Ooh La La, what would it be? Looks like a fun shop. I love different soaps but you never know until you see things ion person what will attract you.

OOh La La! I would have to browse the whole store to decide what to buy, it looks like there are many wonderful things to choose from!
So many good things to choose from. I would maybe choose a scarf … or soaps … or greeting cards! Guess I have to stop by and see for myself. 🙂

Oh my, what a fabulous new shop. What would I buy? One of everything, but seriously, I’d buy a scarf, some nice soap, a few greeting cards and a few very whimsical presents for me and others. I can’t wait to visit.
I haven’t been in yet so I’m not sure what I would get if I won, but from the looks of it, I’m positive I would find something!
