Welcome to Nevada City Purveyors Pantry. The new sauce shop opened their doors today at 220 Broad Street. Open daily from 9:30-5:30 (late for special events). The shop carries over 100 speciality products ranging from premium Mexican Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce, California Cabernet Vinaigrette, Travel packs of Sizzilin Habanero BBQ sauce, Spicy Sriracha Mustard, Apple Cinnamon butter, Roasted Salsa Verde, most priced under $10. Started by Karen and John Foley, who have been in the food industry for the last 25 years and currently own Purveyors Kitchen, a food manufacturer in Auburn. Their products are all organic and use natural products. Make sure to stop in and sign up for their tasting club, for an opportunity to learn about new products and specials. Looks like a great place to check out! I would love to try the Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce. I love that they are all organic… some of these would make a wonderful gift for my daughter!
We walked past it last night on our way to the Nevada Theatre to see Dixie Swim Club (which was fantastic) and were pleasantly surprised to see them there. That portabella shallot sauce looks good. And they carry Huck’s!
What a great addition to Nevada City! I’m going to check it out later today. While don’t have a favorite sauce yet, in a few hours, I’m sure I will!

The Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze and the Bourbon Peppercorn Steak Slather are two of the best ever. Also try the Smoky Bacon Ketchup and the Vodka pasta sauce… Beautiful Store! Great addition to Nevada City.
