Sierra BrewFest, Music in the Mountains event, Nevada County FairgroundsSierra BrewFest, Music in the Mountains event, Nevada County FairgroundsSierra BrewFest at the Nevada County Fairgrounds yesterday, a benefit for Music in the Mountains, was a great way to sample a selection of nearly 100 hand-crafted beers and ciders.  In addition to the tastings there were food trucks, friendly rounds of cornhole and music by Power of 12.

    I am going to be honest and say I wasn’t impressed with this years Brewfest. I think they are cutting too many corners to make a buck. The crowd was great, well behaved and a friendly bunch but the price tag of the event $35-$40, didn’t hold water( I men beer)

    Somehow I missed you at this one Erin! So much fun. And have to be unconventional and say the peanut butter porter was my fav this time around.
