Sierra Stages presents their summer musical Cabaret at the historic Nevada Theatre.  The legendary musical about cabaret performer Sally Bowles, writer Cliff Bradshaw and the unraveling of German society in the early 1930’s. With mounting fear and uncertainty outside, our Emcee welcomes you into a world where your troubles are left at the door. This Tony Award-winning musical features a classic musical theatre score and timely story.  Directed by Scott Gilbert, Music Direction by Ken Getz, Choreography by Brian Arsenault, Scenic Design by Gabriel Hannaford, Lighting Design by Erin Beatie and Devin Cameron Jewett, Costume Design by Paulette Sand-Gilbert and ​Sound Design by Greg Cameron.  Featuring actors Micah Cone, Heidi Grass, Jonathan Hansard, Sue LeGate Halford, Louis Flint Ceci, Casey Burke, Shannon Harney, Michaela King, Lauren Langley, Laura LeBleu, Emily Rose Perry, Angela Williams, Daniel King and Cosmo Merryweather.

You can purchase tickets online or if you’re interested in attending the Pay What You Can performance on Thursday, July 18th, please note that the box office opens at 6pm and the tickets are for sale by cash only on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cabaret is recommended for ages 16 and up, for mature themes.There is no official rating system for live theatre. Please use your judgment based on your child’s age and maturity level.

    I would so love to see this production! I recently watched the Fosse/Verdon mini-series and it was so interesting to see how the classic film of Cabaret had it’s start.

    Life is a Cabaret! Also doing laundry and washing the dishes, but definitely a cabaret too.

      This made me laugh, yes, the laundry and the dishes are a reality, but sometimes it’s nice to enjoy some theater and get away from the day to day….
