South Yuba River
Spring is in the air in Nevada City, the flowers are blooming, the temperatures are warming and who can resisit a beautiful afternoon visit down to the South Yuba River? We tried to convince the kids that it was too cold for swimming, but they decided to get their feet wet regardless of our advice. Our family from Missouri was in awe of the size of the boulders and the “eye catching beauty. We don’t get mountain river streams in the midwest, it’s amazing to see how diverse and spectular California’s scenary is,” said Kevin Brauer. If you’re planning your summer swimming adventure here are a few of my favorite South Yuba River blog posts from years past.
