Uncorked
Uncorked, local wine, beer and food tasting event in downtown Nevada City, organized by the Nevada City Chamber and the Sierra Vintners. Tasting spots were set up around town from locations ranging from Emma Nevada House to the Stonehouse with stops in between in the Crazy Horse Saloon, Matteo’s, J.J. Jackson’s, Coldwell Banker and more. When else do you get a chance to sample wines from this many local wineries in one spot? Many thanks to Avanguardia Wines, Bear River Winery, Bent Metal Winery, Chacewater Wine & Olive Mill, Clavey Wines, Coufos Cellars, Double Oak Vineyards & Winery, Lucchesi Vineyards & Winery, Montoliva Vineyard & Winery, Nevada City Winery, Ol’ Republic Brewery, Pilot Peak Vineyard & Winery, Sierra Knolls Winery, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Smith Vineyard, Solune Winegrowers and Szabo Vineyards for participating in the 3rd annual Uncorked event. And don’t forget the food, perfect bites from Diegos, The Chocolate Shoppe, Bistro 221, Pete’s Pizza and The Old Five Mile House (to name a few). Another example of all the things to offer in our small little town, cheers. And the winner of the Classic Movie tickets is Kerry Arnett.

I couldn’t get enough of Diego’s….so we went there for Dinner! Fun way to see shops and businesses I rarely, or have never been to.
